Sisters and non-sisters

It's kind of strange here tonight- I'm waiting for my real sister to get here from Arizona for a visit but I had a much more 'real sisterly' talk with my good friend and spiritual sister, Susie, who formerly lived around here but is now living in North Dakota and cooking for 'Meals on Wheels'! Is everyone going crazy? I am so NOT from this planet!

I think I've been listening to too much NPR. All this news about Israel and Lebanon, the India train bombs, Gaza, North Korea, Iran, all the strife in the world... my mind is just boggled by it! The Itchy and Scratchy show is over

Today I declared all-out war on the spiders. I got the hose out, started on the upper deck, and blasted away at all the cobwebs I could find. The mighty mite

For about two weeks now, I've been getting plagued by something biting me at night and today I'm going to frind a dermatologist. After a lot of research, I think it is some kind of microsopic mite. Too much Slime! (Pirates of the Caribbean review)

We took a trip to Disneyland today, to the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' ride... only... it was a movie! Complete with the barking terrior dog holding the ever-important key, the movie was just like a little boat ride in Anaheim, California, but without the "yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me..."...
