There was some talk around here about a Blogit reunion on the Oprah show... has anyone written to her to suggest that idea? The pink motorcycle jacket...

Wow, this is no ordinary motorcycle jacket! I love the soft pink color, the beautiful silky lining, the very lightweight elbow and back padding inside (removable if I want to wear it as an ordinary jacket). Today I got a PINK motorcfycle jacket...

Yes, PINK! When drivers notice that I am a woman driving a motorcycle, they give me all kinds of room on the road and I love it. Today it was 'Goodbye to the old house..."

Today was probably our last visit to our old house. Escrow will close next week, the place is almost empty (except for all the stuff in the garage for the garage sale), and the old house looks kind of forlorn. Garage sale today!

Our housesitter is doing a garage sale for us at the old house today. We're going down there with a truck to get the last of our things. Any pool sharks out there?

Tonight hubby and I motorcycled over to a local hamburger/pool hall joint for some fun. I've probably played pool once in my life and was surprised (but not really) to find out that hubby is really good at pool! We had a lot of fun and I only lost by 3 balls so didn't do too badly. Motorcycle maintenance

The Dragon and I bravely drove over to the Suzuki dealership yesterday. Since the problem is with the lower gears and the drive was mostly freeway, I wasn't worried about the shifting problem except for the last three (very long) blocks off the freeway to the dealership.
