Surveys and questionnaires

I read a blog entry here on blogit by someone else on this topic a short while ago: the kinds of "surveys" that people post on Myspace and similar websites. Most people do it out of boredom, I guess. Here's an example of questions people ask. Many of these questions are totally pointless. I mean, who really cares? Still, they're entertaining... Long Survey- The Opposite Sex. 1. Guitar or Drum Player: 2. Skater or Surfer: 3. Brown or Blue Eyes: 4. Blonde or Brunette: 5. Brains or Looks: I am... [... Sign in to see full entry.

Adventures in elevators

I was listening to the Aerosmith song, "Love in an Elevator." That's what its about--having a fantasy about having sex in an elevator. OH, MY GOD!!!!

I don't normally like using all-caps in the subject lines of my posts, but I felt this post deserves to be an exception. And I apologize for the wording in the title, too; my thoughts aren't entirely coherent right now but may become so while I'm writing. I'm in shock from hearing the most disturbing thing from my ex. We were talking online this afternoon and I asked him how his girlfriend was. Turns out, they had broken up. But that's not the disturbing thing. (It's actually not surprising... Happy Sunday, everyone!

I just thought I'd mention... I hit 1,000 page views today! Last night I went out to dinner in Little Italy with my roommate and a number of his friends. I did better last night; yesterday morning I realized I'd spent over $50 on alcohol the night before! I restrained myself and only had one Cosmopolitan (god those things are good) last night before going home; I took the 4 train down to City Hall and then walked across the Brooklyn Bridge, at about midnight. I know what you're going to say;... Sign in to see full entry.
