Food Poisoning and Keith

I did not post or read yesterday because of food poisoning. It all started Friday afternoon, when I ate some king-sized M&Ms as part of my lunch. More about the Fire

More details have emerged in the last 24 hours with regard to the fire at one of Dad's rental houses. The cause of the fire was Keith and his girlfriend overloading one of the living room sockets with heaters. RPresta asked if Keith has renter's insurance. The answer is no. He did have it, but he... Fire

Dad owns three rental houses behind Location A. Sadly, Keith's house caught on fire the day after Christmas. The good news is that no one was home when the fire occurred. 5 Things I've Learned...2017

As 2017 draws to a close, here are some things that I have learned this year: 1. It's okay to take a break when needed. I used to try to bull through sickness. The same applied to when it snowed.
