I've worked for a couple big corporations or owned several businesses myself. I learned it is absolutely necessary to look back before you look forward. Those that didn't, all stumbled for various reasons that might have been avoided with reflection. I hope your 2018 will be prosperous and fulfilling.

That is the problem with mechanical necessities, I suppose you can get write offs tax wise, but one has to make the cash as well. Good luck you have a good team .
