We've arrived in Tempe which is sort of an outlier of Phoenix AZ just after a most glorious sunset viewed from Hwy 87 which winds down towards the lowlands through mountains I never realized were there. The highest elevation I saw was 7700 ft, about 1000 ft higher than Colorado Springs. From there... Sign in to see full entry.
