This holiday vacation has been a bit trying, for me. Someone who shall remain nameless misplaced or lost my precious copy of The Home Book of Smoke Cooking. I printed it while working at Cushing Malloy, a short run job shop (approx. 5,000 copies) printing company, about 1971. I am certain that this particular book has been out of print, for many years now, and is all but irreplaceable.
