The Crone Season / Appointment with Winter

Falling like leaves are the papers, ideas, hopes and dreams. Falling to the earth after a long ride on Halloween night A loud thump as her body hits the ragged face of the earth It splits open and memories flood out like an over swollen river down past the pebbles and broken glass, eventually making their way home to the sea. A winged lady, a creature of both fur and feather now stands before me. Some of you already know her name. Autumn breezes have bred and borne her, the chilly crone appears.... About this Blog

The writing and some of the art you see in this blog will be part of my first published book coming this year, 2009, titled "Whispers of the Goddess". Whispers includes many of the works you see here. When it becomes available I will update my site, and if I am still here, I will of course update as well. My site is www.ladypegasus.com for those who are interested. I have several collections that I routinely add to, and rediscover in my journals for the past 10 years. The most prominent ones are "The Mermaid Chronicles" and "The Phantom Queen". I also have a manuscript for a book to help people have hope in their endeavors to quit smoking cigarettes.
