Black Velvet

Black Velvet Feathers falling from the sky Shed from a flying horse passing by Watching from a plateau Higher than she knew Waiting for the darkness to fly once more It’s the moonlight she adores A lonely flight on wings of velvet black So high now she cannot turn back Furiously beating her wings above the earth Overlooking her newborn birth She prepares to fly again. - Carole Anzolletti - Sign in to see full entry.

Full Mother Moon

Full Mother Moon She swells so bright The fruition of dreams Lighting the night Warrior Queen Listen now for her light slowly fades Bring to her now the seeds that have sprouted Dreams and goals you have already doubted In her silver light they are reborn Hope and new life come forth by morn Sign in to see full entry.
