Can you say "frustration," boys and girls?
As of this writing, I'm waiting on the building handymen to come over to repair the smoke detector (or at least inspect it). The manager of our building said they would be by twenty minutes after his visit (to pick up a money order for our past-due rent), However, as I write, it's been several hours since that visit, and nobody's shown up.
