Singing the blues
For the past few days, I've been feeling at least a little depressed - nowhere near as depressed as I was two years ago, but bad enough to get my attention. I've noticed, furthermore, that it is a direct reaction to certain events. What I'm reacting to, specifically, is the fact that I can't talk about these situations without becoming very angry.
