Change can be the greatest healing, when one has been stuck in a muddy rut, or even a velvet-lined rut for way too long. It can be uncomfortable, even devastatingly so. It can be the ache of muscles growing. It can be the relief of moving again after long, long, painful stagnation. "Mass energy" is the power of belief: thought-forms that take on the illusion of reality because enough energy coming from enough people feeds them.
