The world is becoming culturally homogenized in many ways--and much of what was once distinctive about any given culture is being blurred by the lights of McDs and Coke and all the global corporations that have followed in their footprints. I agree that everyone on the planet should have access to the tools to succeed in a global economy and political/social one-world.
