Discovering Diabetes
Last year I joined the ever-growing diagnosed type-2 diabetics club, and that has demanded a few changes in my life: More exercise... better food consumption... regular mealtimes... None of those changes are easy. But some of them are not as hard as one might think. Collateral discoveries: It is easier to exercise when traveling if one chooses destinations where one cannot resist the impulse to get out and walk!
