Thanks, Jeremy, for another question that continues the topic... When you ground & center, and run your energy to clear your energy system of blocks and detritus, your energy system works better. It's like cleaning the fuel lines of a vehicle. When your system works better all around, then your perceptions on all levels are clearer, too.
