It Appears That We Are All On The Same Page, But Lacking The Document!
I got an email early this morning from my Agent via a forward from the seller's agent. He indicated that the seller's lender has May 24 as the closing date. The final approval letter in not is yet but he is expecting it this Wednesday! I think when I am told the letter is in hand I will believe it... Sign in to see full entry.
