Catching up
I guess it's been awhile since I've been on blog-it. I have been busy the last couple of weeks. Last week my husband and I picked up another job through one of our clients. The job was cleaning a house that would be up for sale soon. I worked a couple of hours for 4 days and Greg a few days also. Our 16 year old son is still taking his GED prep classes along with GED tests. He still has a few tests to go. Susannah is still getting used to doing on-line school. Feeling a bit stressed today...
Today should have been a restful day, but it didn't seem that way. My 14 year old daughter is doing a new online school this year. We are trying to figure out how things work. Because she is getting started late, she will have some catching up to do. At least 2 of the classes have a live-classroom once a week. It all seems complicated, but everyone has been quite supportive. The weather was sunny today after 2 days of rain. I wasn't able to get out though. Hopefully I will before the weather... Lots of books!
Weekends are not the best time for me to write or read post on blogit. But... I have a few minutes. Thursday and Friday I cleaned houses. Friday evening 3 friends of my daughters' helped clean one of our businesses. We got it done in 30 minutes! Today we cleaned 4 businesses. I still have an easy one left, which I will probably do tomorrow after church. Greg and I made it to the library book sale 1l2 hour before it was over. Books were $1 a bag! Rain, work , school and a new awesome rustic floor!
It rained all day. Nice, since we haven't had any for awhile. The weather changed and now it is cool. I cleaned a house for 3 hours, then the RV bathrooms for 2. Susannah is enrolling in an online school. Today she took the last placement test and soon she will be doing classes. She is behind so will have to work extra hard to catch up. We heard about this online school a little late, that's why she's behind. I think it will be challenging for her. My eldest son is taking Spanish 1 in college.... Sign in to see full entry.
