It's been a rough few days. Little sleep Friday, even less on Sat. By Sunday I was a mess, a bit less of a mess now. Just when I start to think I'm getting better... Had a good old time at the happy hour last night. Guessing all those TV themes was fun. So was talking to Lois:) I was having such a good time that I chose to stick around rather than go to Lakefest. Feeling better today. I figured out that when I have trouble sleeping it's because I've taken my medicine too late. Nice to have a problem I can solve so easily. Another Social Security doctor's appointment, this one with an internist. This is my money ya' know. I earned it. It shouldn't be this hard to get it. Having a so-so day. Got up early and went out for bagels, then went home and slept. Now I feel much better although not quite as chipper as I'd like. Had a really bad gagging spell this morning, they've been few and far between since I retired. Got a chance to talk with Monica this morning. We agreed that her moving in... I feel more than a year older. That's because I didn't get to sleep until about 2:30. Got home from the dance about 12:30 but I couldn't get to sleep right away So I watched the tail end of the rerun of the Nats game. (They won!) Didn't get out of the house til about 2:00 today. Slept off and on. I don't know if it's the depression or the medication or what. I do know that it shows I really do have a disability. Kinda tired today. The psychiatrist appointment went well I guess. It was very perfunctory. He asked me the same questions I've been asked 999 since I was diagnosed with depression.
