Re: I like the one I have pretty well Jemmie

Darling, if I recall correctly, you're not old! So you just shush!

And, you know, I had the same mind-set as you with my old therapist.  I didn't leave him until he told me he was retiring.  And now I wish I had. My current one is, by far, the best I've ever had!

Actually Jemmie
I just realized I was talking about the social security psychiatrist not my regular therapist.

I like the one I have pretty well Jemmie
One thing I've learned in my old age is not to make changes unless there's a compelling reason. Odds are there is a better therapist out there for me but the process of finding her wouldn't be worth the loss of stability.

Perhaps you need a new therapist???
It took me a while to find one that fits just right for me.  She's great!  Maybe you need to try someone different who won't ask you the same questions over and over.  Someone who has a different approach to therapy, perhaps. *shrug*

Talk about a mind-numbing process.

It is just one more step in the process! I have been doing it for years with them! sam

Those Gov. departments are set to put you off continuing to fight for your
rights. Believe me.....we know.
