I always start to think I'm getting better but a day like today comes along. A productive day but a struggle at the same time. Did laundry but it took me forever. Feeling a bit perkier today. Seeing my therapist seemed to help. Catcher in the Rye is going kind of slowly. I think it's harder to read than it seems.
