Feel a little better today, just stayed home and slept off and on until I had enough. Had an okay time at Chammps last night with the singles group. A small crowd. Kinda tired today. Keep taking little fifteen minute naps but they're not quite enough. Went swimming this morning, that always feels good. Talked to a lady at Allsup today about my daily activities. She said she was going to fax the information to Social Security. Suzanne my therapist also said she returned the stuff they sent her. Feeling fairly strong today so I've been able to take care of business, pay bills ect. I'll call the electric company tomorrow to make sure they're not cutting me off. Couldn't make it to the singles activity last night or church this morning. Very frustrating. Doing a bit better now. I'm going to make an appointment to see Dr Zhang next week. Still sleeping a lot, but less than I did before when I was on twice as much depakote. I felt a little naughty reducing the dosage on my own, but my experience at Good Samaritan reminded me that Drs aren't perfect. Had a good ole time at happy hour last night. Lotta nice people. Went swimming came to the library and left my wallet home. At least I hope that's where it is, it's not in my pocket or in the car. I'll have to go get it before I go to happy hour tonight. Walked to McDonald's for breakfast, went home and napped. Talked to Missy this morning. She said that her parents had a condo in Florida that maybe I could use for a getaway this winter. Called the electric company this morning and they said I had a turnoff notice for the 28th for two hundred some dollars. I'll probably pay part of it and get it extended again.
