About a 22 right now on that scale of 100. I was up to about a 51 this morning cause I slept real well but it didn't last. Good session with my therapist today. About a 33 on that scale of 100 today. I should say 33 right now. It changes from hour to hour sometimes minute to minute. I was looking over the cards I wrote Monday and they were great. I feel a little better today about a 41 on the scale of 100. Hard to tell whether the new medicine is working or if I'm just having a relatively good day. About a 29 on a scale of 100 today. Had dinner with Melanie last night. Had a pretty good time but there's not a whole lot of romantic chemistry there. Lunch with Mom today. Shock Treatment. That's what Dr Ashai says the next step is if the new medication doesn't work. It seems to me there are several other medications we could try but I suppose she has a reason for not trying them. If it gets to that point I'll ask her. A little better today than yesterday 'bout a 27. The weather is a little warmer which helps. Drada meeting canceled tonight due to possible icy roads.
