Extra Extra!! Worked two extra hours today at the supermarket. So tired that I can’t stop, if you know what I mean. I’ve been running at full pace all day and can’t wind down. Sure enough I could go strait to bed now, but what a waste of life to just give in. Don’t think my health can stand up to much more of it. Same Old song! After reading gomedome’s page about trying to sell an E-book detailing the ups and downs of making a living from online surveys, I felt I had to say something. Keeping your Hand in. With Ebay thumbing along and little I can do until the 29 th, I want to find out what my next path will be. Sure I will be stuck in another dead end job, but I’m a great believer in exploring every path. Sage book keeping is a road I can travel down, as I have the grades and know I can do it with ease. Sunday Not much happening, but I have to keep making an entry for the sake of my sanity if nothing else. Two big goals in my life at the moment, are Work and the House. Sage! With the good news that I might be discharged from bankruptcy on the 28 of November, I once again turn to how I’m going to make a living. Ebay is working out really well, but still would not make a weeks wages. Even if I signed on, it would not make enough to live on. So I turn to a little exploited skill in my bag, book-keeping. Self help! I’ve been reading in my various self-help books, that writing down a statement of intention is a step towards achieving your goals. Drop a line Nothing much happened today. Turned up for work, to find I was the only one in my department. The others were either off sick or too hung over from last night. The trucks were backing up on the dock and the goods were spilling off the pallets to smash on the floor. Luckily the department manager was called in on his day off to save the day. Voodoo marketing I’ve just received a book about voodoo marketing. This is more self help stuff about how you too can make millions by following the great and the good. What the book seems to leave out is the fact that these people had money in the first place. They either borrowed it or put their own capital in, but either way, they had a huge lump sum to start with. New cold War! It looks like Mr Bush has stirred up the Russians enough to put the sparks to a new fire. Sure enough, the kindling is from a very old camp, but the mutual feeling of hate and distrust is alive and well. This is all sparked by the proposed deployment of a missile defend system, which will have part of its system situated in the UK and Easter European countries. What’s Up? Not much been happening. Decided to renew my subscription, since I’ve dropped the “Writers Wanted” thing, I struggle to make any money here. But there are not enough hours in the day to keep it going.
