I don't remember whether this side character was from the old radio show "Fibber McGee and Molly" or "The Great Gildersleeve." It's Monday. I've been looking for just a bit of good news on the morning TV shows. So far, no luck. Networks and local news channels have plenty of film clips and narrative about folks waving Nazi flags, wars, strikes, politics. Makes for a grim picture.
