ABOUT OUR COFFEE...

Turns out, coffee is good for us, within reason. The morning cup of caffeine stimulates the brain and helps our memory. But the stimulant needs to be regulated a bit: it's not a good thing to get the brain all wired up within several hours of bed time. So for me the rule is, only decaf after lunch....
