The Dangerous York Road

When I was a student at Loyola College, I knew not to walk on York Road. The Baltimore portion of York Road is a rough area. Campus police enforcement was great on school property, so we never had to deal with freelancers wreaking havoc there. However, there were students who didn't know any better....
