Good Morning
FSI, I give you every bit of credit for going through this. If I see anybody's blood including my own it makes me queasy. I donate blood but I do not like the way it makes me feel. They told me the last time I went that I should drink more water before donating blood. I have RH negative and they always want me to donate. FSI, you truly are a good person!

Good for you. I also donate. It saved my life back in 1973.
Without a blood transfusion, I would have died when I was nine. I have never forgotten that ordeal or the Red Cross. I will donate as long as I am able. As for the iron levels and blood clotting lesson. Thank you for the heads up.
