A Tree Grows in Brooklyn

So yesterday, in one of my marathon conversations with C, I brought up the "b" word. Yes, boyfriend. So he said, "because of a past relationship, I'm not ready for that yet." So I asked, "may I ask what happened?" He said he didn't want to talk about it. Then he went on to say that the relationship ended more than a year ago, and then abruptly ended the conversation. I. So today I left work early. Like a half an hour, OK? Anyways, I was running to catch a train that entered the station at the exact moment that I was coming down the stairs to get it. I ran forward and ended up stubbing my toe on the turnstile! Now I have a huge welt/ bruise on my baby toe! Serves me right, I suppose. Have a great weekend! So a few weeks ago, I ordered a book through Amazon. Tracking through the website told me that it had arrived at the post office; then it told me that delivery was attempted, but that I wasn't at home (this at 2 pm on a weekday; where do you think I was? Also, I don't have a doorman and my neigbors are also away during the day, like most people who work). That was on the 24th; the package was estimated to arrive on the 26th. Um, I'm still waiting? How much I'm dying to get my roommate out of the apartment (he moves on the 8th, officially). Its mean, but true. I'm getting so tired of is juvenile antics, and getting away with acting like a child all the time and getting away with it. He supposedly as this job for the summer up at Columbia, but he never goes to work; and when I ask him about it, he just laughs and says that he doesn't have to go to work if he doesn't want to. That as of yesterday, I've been a Blogit member for two years. Its hard for me to believe I've been on here for that long, writing away. Do I get an anniversary party for this or what??? Meanwhile, things have been going well with C. Its amazing how things are falling into place with him. I'm always unsure, though, when the time is right to become and "official" couple.
