MAMA'S JAMMING AGAIN

I could get through the hard part, to enjoy the luscious clumps of jelly over slabs of freshly churned butter on homemade biscuits. This like everything else in Mama’s life was fine-tuned. Ours was a fair sized farm house for that day and was short on storage space. We had a smoke house which allowed a lot of room for extra storage for specific items to do with killing and processing hogs, steers and game but little for household items.
