Summer Time is fresh salad time.
We did our Honey/Cinnamon thing tonight with awesome whole wheat homemade rolls. To be able to do that we needed to have salad only for dinner. This looks like a lot of dressing but it is really not. It is only on the top and it is very light: Mayonnaise base, dill, French tarragon, garlic, a little rice vinegar, honey, black pepper and salt with buttermilk.
