If I had a lovely salad like that Justi, I don't eat bread, and just dribble French dressing over lettuce and tomatoes. I think I would be sneaking up to that bowl of yours, I must show it to my brother he visits sometimes and loves cooking and chopping things up, if that's alright of course.

That salad looks delicious.
Yes, I can see it is not a lot of dressing for that big salad. I usually do the same, drizzling it over the top, when I am unable to dip my fork in the dressing, which is the method I like the most.
I love fresh salads too, and often have those and sometimes fruit salads in the summer.
Hoping to have the time and energy to do a lot of that this summer. Too hot to heat the oven.

Dear one I always enjoy fresh green goodies. Of course I would be remiss if I did not add that I enjoy FOOD. I love all sorts of things if it is well prepared and beautiful. I love to make my food pretty. This salad was a bit messy but oh so good. Thanks for reading, I have missed you.

Well... now you went and made me hungry loll and its almost 1 am here... no fresh gardens to pick from though... so I guess it will be a naughty treat like icecream for me
