WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND
The last post on here was about the warm weather in the South. I have enjoyed it but it is moving on. We should have freezing tomorrow. These big old houses are good and fun for the young or old with loads of money to pour into the new things that need to be done. Our furnace went out last year about the last couple of months of winter. We decided not to replace it. It is a great cost and we plan to sell.
Our property is now zoned for business and that should raise the value considerably. The Catholic church is directly behind us. They bought the house next door to us and tore it down and built a parking lot. There went the neighborhood. 
I am so tired I can hardly stand to think of getting ready to sell and condense belongings into a tiny two bedroom house, well maybe three.
I do not want to store all my stuff I am too old to think of it being kept some other place for 8 or 10 years. That is totally absurd but I keep giving and giving. It seems there are little people creeping around bringing it back as I sleep.

How about a big potluck dinner in the church basement. I haven't taken a potluck dish anywhere for a long, long time. I don't know if I could even find my quilted dish carrier.

We're having what passes for a heat wave in these part - it's 46! But do send up soem of that sunshine - the cloud cover is very thick, and it's a dark day! Aned I think you've got a great idea: Maybe we should arrange a get-together at some point...
