I dont think like I am 73 but my body is starting to feel its age and its maddening when you hurt when you think like a teen

It's also good to remember that even though we all feel older (yet of different ages), today is the youngest we will ever be again. Might as well enjoy it!

I do think as one becomes older that one finds it is not much point worrying about anything too much. Of course we would all like the vigor of youth . Although that is very often wasted or becomes a torturous time for many, I am glad you are philosophical.

It reminds me of a friend who once said, "Never wish your life away." People seem to wish to be doing something at an older age. Then they wish they were younger again...It is great that you are enjoying your golden years so much.

Thank you so much. There are things in this life that take us by surprise but there is only one thingwe can do is be prepared for all the unexpected happenings in some form or another. Laughter is a good protection.
