Answering the Phone

I answer most phone calls on the car wash cellphone. Unless the phone number is flagged for spam, I assume that it is a customer calling me. Even with out of state phone numbers, people often keep their cellphone despite moving. Location D is a town that relies on a lot of out of state workers.... Sign in to see full entry.

The Computer Issue

I'm Hoping It Can Be Fixed Quickly

I stopped by Location D and saw that the automatic touch-free was out of service. Brad was able to reset it remotely, but a customer called a little later to report that the machine was down again. Sleeping Customers

Every now and then, we get a customer who dozes off. They park their car inside the automatic touch-free wash and fall asleep. In the grand scheme of things, it’s not a huge deal—no one can wash until they wake up, but it’s manageable. Thankfully, no one has ever fallen asleep in the conveyor tunnel...
