It is so hard to lose a favorite. When the Chinese restaurant discontinued after the parents retired and the kids didn't want to keep it going was a blow because we have never a comparable restaurant. At least you found another sandwich.

I like Tuna. But fried chicken has always been one of my favorites. It is hard to find places that cook it just the way you like it.

I hate it when restaurants stop making something that is to die for. There is nothing better than really good fried chicken. That's not a bad trade if you like tuna. I used to order the tuna salad subs from Subway, but these days I prefer my own kosher deli tuna recipe.
