Ray Berkins is most definitely losing money at Location A. Ray subleases the property was the Oil Company, an entity that in turn is leasing the property from my father, the former operator. Went to Work

I awoke to no wintry mix or rain. From 11:40 a.m. to 3 p.m. I ended up working at Locations C and B where I did some much needed cleaning. Trash cans needed to be dumped and bays washed. Finally, A Busy Day!

Yesterday we had our first real busy day. All the businesses were busy. In fact, Harry James told me that at Location B we had cars lined out to the street. One Less Business

Come January 1st Dad will hand the keys to Location Y back to landlord and great friend Marty Goldberg. Two years it will have been since Dad began his lease with Marty. The first year we lost money.
