Looks like you've got the ideal arrangement there! And it's good that your Dad also sees it that way now...

You have a great family who seem to work together so well, which is why it's all working out for you. Great blog, FSI.

You're good at knowing what you like and don't like, what is good business and what isn't. I'd say you have nowhere to go but up my friend.

It really is a great sounding deal and a business saving one as well

You parents are young ~ and therefore, so are you --- yes, the year 2024 --- and I will be --- well, older than I am now. and certainly older than you FSI - (many years older - oh my)

. I think all this long-term planning is great. You are so good at organization and have good business and common sense (a plus)...I'm amazed at all the details you consider. You're a great Son and partner, FSI.

Sometimes it is hard to let anything go FS but it doesn't love you. Dad's are always sentimental, it is a different ball game now.

I think you're right
business dictates that sometimes you just have to let things go in order to progress.

I thnik it is to your benefit not to get sentimental about the businesses! I think it can hinder progress! I really enjoyed your thoughts on this one! You put it out there in fine fashion and stick to the points! sam

It's always so good to reminisce when things are good about a time gone by
when things were more difficult. I guess it helps make us more positive than we may otherwise have been

Its great that you only look at the practicality of the business FSI - though I can understand your dad being sentimental about this location on the onset.
