500,000 Miles

Dad's 1999 Ford F-250 has reached the 500,000 mile plateau. Wednesday was the day the odometer rolled over. By far Dad's truck has the most out of any vehicle I know. Half a million miles. Less Than 2?

A theme during this winter in the United States is just how mild of a winter it has been. Baltimore averages about twenty inches of snow every year. What a Rush

Last week's light snows are paying huge dividends. The three businesses have been swamped with salty cars since Sunday afternoon. We have not looked back. Ghost Town

I awoke on Saturday to see snow on the grass and a wet road. I knew that business would not be busy on this day. Even though no snow had stuck to the roads they had still been salted. Unsung Hero

I do not give Mom the credit that she deserves in this blog. Mom does most of the bookwork for the three car washes that we operate (one of which has a convenience store), the three rental houses and our commercial rental property.
