I find it satisfying to look back over the past couple of years and see that I have grown, it appears that you have much to be satisfied with, well done

it sounds like you are really settling into your life.  things get easier as you start to understand the people you work with.  i give your father alot of credit, men usually shy away from any type of help, good for him for suggesting you see a therapist.  and good for you for going.  i am sure your father is very proud of you.  good upbeat post

Smart dad, he can be very proud of you. It takes great courage to go and talk with a psychologist.I am so happy for you because I talked with a psychotherapist for over 30 years and that changed my life too.

Years ago, most people would have been either ashamed or embarrassed to admit they had sought therapy for any reason. But today, it's sometimes not a bad idea to talk to someone and get things out! It is obviously very beneficial, as in your case. Nothing wrong with that at all! Glad you're now headed in the right direction . . .

Well I am glad you are more assertive FS. The therapy seems to have paid off in your case very well. Your dad has got a wise head on his shoulders. One cannot always agree with one's associates, but it is always wise to come to a compromise.

PWould the oil company care to rent a basement studio apartment that’s adjacent to the boiler room? It’d give them something to play with. Lol.  BC-A, Bill’s R®st
