Birthday, Vacation, Enjoyment

Saturday was Cousin Vince's 81st birthday. Happy Birthday, Vince! A week from today, Dad will be headed to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for a two week vacation. As usual, I will be running the show. He Had an Attitude

December 2009 was Dad's last month at Location Y. After a 2009 where the rent had been reduced by one-third, 2010 was to see the rent go back to normal.
