Well, I learned something new about the publishing paperback stuff tonight. After spending some time working to make a decent looking 6" x 9" paperback model, I was interrupted by a call. When I came back to upload the manuscript, I accidentally sighted and clicked on the ebook file. To my surprise,... Sign in to see full entry.
About 11PM EST last night, I submitted the edited and improved version of 'I Remember Judy' to Amazon. At 2:47AM, I got an email telling me that the new version of the story was ready and available for retail. Hmmm... and Audible has had my audio books for closing in on 90 days and has done nothing... I'm probably not going to post anything in my two active story lines here tonight. I am about thirty minutes from submitting the 'cleaned up' version of 'I Remember Judy' to Amazon. I would like that one to be up and clean ASAP. I didn't find a lot of problems, but I've learned something about 'the... Sign in to see full entry.
I'm on the home stretch of completing my re-write of 'I Remember Judy - A Love Story.' I've found that there are several places where I have to stop to gather myself as I find some passages that hurt me to write the first time. I just came across the passage of where we first moved to Florida. We... Sign in to see full entry.
At a bit after 9AM, it is in the upper 60s here, but the weather dude says we will be well into the 80's by the end of the day. The extended forecast says that by Wednesday, the next five days could be pushing 90, something that is rarely achieved here. My basement office is always cool, so I have... I'm happy with what I got done today. I even got done earlier than normal, so I'm gonna call it a day. Here's a fun fact for ya: Contrary to popular belief, a turtle cannot come out of its shell. The turtle’s shell grows with them, so it’s impossible for them to grow too big for it. As my dad used... Sign in to see full entry.
I'm getting to really like this 'stream of conciousness' method of writing. I'm using it in my murder story here (One More) and in my upcoming romance story (Finding Myself Again) that will take over ofter Bruce learns his fate in 'Interdimensional.' It's like telling a story to a friend who is in... Sign in to see full entry.
It looks like a nice day ahead, with temps in the mid 70s. Other than to take the dogs out for a run in our most secluded space to avoid the swarming hordes of trolls, I think my biggest event of the day will be mowing the grass. I've been doing a lot of extra things outside lately, but I think I'll... Sign in to see full entry.

I am tired, but very happy with my output today. Between the three active stories I'm working on, I added roughly 5,000 words. Add in the last 10,000 words I edited in another story. That's a decent output. I've realized something I didn't know when I was younger. It used to bother me when someone... Sign in to see full entry.
It's supposed to hit 80 here today, a genuine sweat-fest if your typical summer high has been 68 all year. Maybe this heat will cause some of the hordes of mosquitoes to withdraw a bit deeper into the forests. They have been crazy intense lately. The bad side of this warm streak is that the trolls...
