Should Terri Schiavo Live?

According to a House debate televised today, here are reasons in favor of Terri Schiavo's life. Not on a respirator. Not in a vegetative state. She is responsive. She expresses emotions. Her care doesn’t cost family anything. “Is alive, just handicapped” (House Speaker Tom DeLay). Makes vocal... Sign in to see full entry.

Want Life With That?

Since Terri Schiavo-Schindler’s feeding tube was removed yesterday, groups on both sides of the issue have expressed their views. I am not going to cast any judgement, as I believe the Lord Jesus is the only one with the God given authority to do that. However, I do want to share one important... Sign in to see full entry.

In fact, they are so special to Him that He said, “Let the little children come unto Me, for the kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these,” ( The Holy Bible). I hope and pray that children will... On The Mat

Michael and Fernando did well today. They remembered the words we reviewed and they also learned new ones. For many children, whether or not they succeed and enjoy learning depends on the attitude of the adults who are teaching. When it comes to a child, adults can’t afford to have a bad day,... On The Road Again

My car is fixed. We picked it up yesterday, only to have the battery go dead. My mom reconnected the battery cable, so now it is fine. I am looking forward to helping in Kindergarten tomorrow. Have a great day! Sign in to see full entry.

My Car

My car was in the shop last week. As a result, we took a cab to Kindergarten. We were late, so couldn’t work with as many children. I hope my car is done so we can work with more children this week. Class sizes are so huge that volunteers can give children individual attention that teachers just... Sign in to see full entry.
