When in pain-- excersize!!!

It works.... Honestly.. very light floor excersizes are the trick. Do not entirely stretch anything.. put on music.. I prefer slow-beat techno or trance... and just MOVE your body to the music with NO ONE AROUND... go all out being weird etc. It feels gret, it's good for you, and it is the only FUN...
