Do not EVER do something along the lines of eating at 9pm, staying up
through the entire night, and then waiting until 6:45AM to eat again! I recommend taking a food break around 3 maybe 4AM -- I say this only because I know that my fellow bloggers are addicts as well, and may neglect feelings of hunger, bladder tension, and bowel pressure for hours at a time in order...
