Balance is the key . . . .

In my opinion. Too much of anything is not good, nor is too little of some things. To prolong life, one must balance diet, exercise, attitude, sociability and other daily factos fo life. Too much work is not good; too much alcohol is not good; too much food is not good; balance all that you do and... Sign in to see full entry.
