I'm not sure if I lengthened my life today, or if it just felt that way!
My wife and I went to see Mystic River at the Norfolk MacArthur Mall this afternoon, the 1530 showing. We walked both ways, which was a round trip of about 7 miles. That has got to be healthy, but I don't know how it would affect longevity directly. Sign in to see full entry.
