Exercise regularly, 30 to 60 minutes a day for 3 to 5 days a week; eat a well-balanced meal with as few as possible processed foods; drink lots of water; moderation in sweets and alcohol, if you can't or choose not to avoid them; early to bed and early to rise; find a hobby that is mentally...
