Back up the truck, again
A village official dropped by this morning, offering us a turkey, courtesy of UPS. (UPS has a sorting facility nearby, and according to the box, they apparently donated the turkey.) This village official implicitly told me that it was a part of the food basket we got yesterday, saying in so many words that they forgot to drop it off at that time. Of course, I'm grateful any time I get free food. That should go without saying. But I still struggle with some of the issues I've mentioned in earlier... Sign in to see full entry.
