I didn't take my gut meds in the morning but rather this afternoon when I arrived home from work and before eating lunch. I hope to get some abs exercise in today. I can't walk since it's raining. Today I forced my uncooperative body out of bed. It just didn't feel like going walking. I walked for an hour. I came home sweating and decided to do 30 minutes of abs. I forgot to take my gut stuff.
