I just came back from a walk. I haven't taken a power walk in about a week. It's starting to cool off a bit. So I didn't feel the heat until I was almost home instead of five minutes after I walked out the door! I will do two Zumbas and 20 or 30 minutes of abs as well. I just need to cool off a bit....
